The fact that I can personally say that I have endured several of the hardships that those we aim to help are going through is first and foremost. I understand what it is like to have something one day and not have it the next. I understand what it is like as a mother to cry alone because you are concerned about what you can and cannot do for your child. I understand the wanting to accomplish more, but not knowing where to get help. I understand the needing help and not having anyone readily available to provide that assistance.

LIM was developed from a deep rooted place within our founder Crystal Fleming with an understanding of knowing what others are going through and an 8 year old reconstructed heart to want to help more. She believes that she was CHOSEN to go through her own experiences so that she would be prepared when it became an opportunity to give back.
