Crystal Fleming

Crystal Fleming, CEO of Living Immeasurably More (LIM), holds a B.S degree in Political Science, a M.S. degree in Criminal Justice, and is ABD in Public Policy Administration.Ms. Fleming is a former law enforcement officer with the City of Atlanta Police Department and formerly worked in Higher Education as both a Department of Criminal Justice Chair and Instructor. Whether operating in the capacities as a law enforcement officer, a college department chair, or as a corporate executive, Ms. Fleming consistently maintains and demonstrates performance and leadership excellence, fueled by her unwavering passion and commitment to achieve organizational success while leading her teams to maximize their potential and success in every endeavor.
