Through our Invigorate Women Initiative, we are committed to uplifting the next generation of women while advancing gender equality and social progress. We provide mentorship, spiritual guidance, educational resources, and transformative community experiences designed to cultivate leadership, confidence, and purpose. Through retreats, one-on-one mentorship, and community group opportunities for growth, the women we impact gain the tools they need to navigate personal and professional challenges and step boldly into their full potential and purpose.
next level journey women's retreat
In 2021, we expanded this mission with the launch of our Next Level Journey Women’s Retreat—an immersive experience focused on transparency, self-reflection, and intentional growth. This retreat guides women through key areas of development, including professional advancement, mental, spiritual, and physical well-being, financial literacy, and healthy relationships.
The retreat is open to women 18 to 34 years old who are ready to grow in a positive, empowering environment alongside women from diverse backgrounds. Selected participants receive a full scholarship covering retreat attendance, transportation, lodging, meals, and all retreat materials
At LIM’s Next Level Journey Annual Women’s Retreat, we do more than bring young women together, we cultivate a powerful, supportive community rooted in growth, accountability, and sisterhood.
This four-day, all-inclusive experience is intentionally designed to inspire transparency, deep self-reflection, and the kind of focused effort that leads to real, visible change. Through meaningful conversations, hands-on workshops, and transformative activities, participants strengthen their confidence, embrace self-love, and commit to becoming the highest version of themselves.
Our previous retreats have featured a dynamic blend of team-building and individual development experiences, including yoga, Zumba, running, and collaborative cooking sessions. Attendees also engaged in impactful workshops covering financial literacy, wellness, brand building, cognitive behavioral strategies, and professional development. Our goal is to equip participants with practical tools to thrive personally and professionally.
