Marvin Fleming Sr., a result, and service-oriented enthusiast has more than 45 years of executive management, administrative, operational and project management experience. While providing management consulting designed to leverage evidenced based best practices, Mr. Fleming offers a unique blend of cross functional skills to a diverse group of clients and employers. Mr. Fleming’s management expertise includes serving as Director of Logistics, (WH Smith, USA), Store Operations Manager, (Macy’s, formerly Rich’s Dept Store), Firm Administrator (Hollowell Foster and Herring PC), Project Manager and IT Supervisor (Enpointe Technologies), Church Administrator, (Big Bethel AME Church). He is presently Chief Operating Officer of LIVE, LLC, a government service provider.

Marvin’s love and desire has always been to serve the underserved. He has utilized his skills to develop programs of service and comprehensive plans to accomplish corporate goals for each client and employer that he has served. He is the current liaison for 2 non-profit boards, Bethel Towers, Inc., and The Richard Allen Outreach Center.
